You're invited to join Camp Wildcat for an evening of desert-themed fun, friendship, and fundraising! We'll be celebrating 53 years of Camp Wildcat making a difference in the Tucson community and raising the funds needed to help us keep going for another 53. Your ticket includes a three course meal and entrance to the event.
About the Event:
This year, instead of the auction, we are hosting a fundraising gala!! What does this mean?
Similar to past years, it will be a reunion of CW members and alumni that will feature dinner, live entertainment, event speakers, and touching videos. However, this year, instead of bidding on items, fundraising will be more meaningful on a personal level. There will be opportunities to sponsor campers to know that your generous donation is making the impactful camp experience possible. Donors will receive cards hand-written from the campers that they sponsor!
There will be chances to donate to feed our campers, shelter them in new, shiny tents, and fund camp rotations. There will be a raffle for giftcards to local Tucson companies including Barrio Bread, eegee's, Yoga Oasis and more. There will also be a live-auction portion where the highest bidder will win a vacation/staycation package: 2-night stay at the Radisson with breakfast included, 2 Roadhouse Cinema tickets and meal vouchers, Lotus Wellness Center massages, and more!!
What am I most excited for? Come enjoy camp skits from generations past and present and the exciting surprises we have in store.
Program Timeline:
- 6-6:30 pm: Cocktail Hour
- 6:30 pm: Program begins, Salads served
- 6:30-10pm: Program including musical performances of Camp Wildcat's favorite songs, live improvisation of Camp Wildcat's traditional skits, and lots of surprises along the way. And, of course, plenty of opportunities to donate.
- 10pm: Check-out begins

Dinner - Your choice of:
- Pan-Seared Chicken Breast with Champagne Chive Beurre Blanc
- Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet topped with Citrus Beurre Blanc
- Chef's Choice of Vegetarian Option
Dessert - Chocolate Cake
